MOVE-IN DATE
Most landlords will accept applications with a move-in date of 2 weeks or less. If you are applying a month before your move-in date be prepared to possibly pay a holding fee. Looking to move-in more than 6 weeks out? Its probably too early to be applying.

CRITERIA FOR ACCEPTANCE
1. Rental History - 4 Years, NO Evictions.
2. Monthly Income - 3X the rent.
3. Credit Score -  600 or above.

* $50 background check for each adult.

The time it will take to get you into a rental property will depend heavily upon your document submission. The faster an office receives ALL the supporting docs, fees, and complete rental application from a future tenant, the faster you can get keys and into your new rental home.
